The LNP is formulated with 3 lipid components and the main ionizable lipid is ALC0315. The payload Fluc mRNA (m1Ψ) has all the U bases 100% modified with N1-methyl-pseudoUridine. This LNP formulation showed enhanced delivery of lung tissue after in vivo delivery.
