GenLNP-S07-FLuc mRNA (m1Ψ) is a LNP loaded with Fluc mRNA (m1Ψ) has lung specific targeting effect after systemic administration. The LNP is formulated with main ionizable lipid of SM102 and cationic lipid DOTAP. The payload Fluc mRNA (m1Ψ) has all the U bases 100% modified with N1-methyl-pseudoUridine. This LNP formulation showed enhanced delivery of lung organ after in vivo delivery.
