GenLNP-S05-FLuc mRNA (m1Ψ) is a 5 component LNP loaded with Fluc mRNA (m1Ψ) has liver specific targeting effect after systemic administration. The LNP is formulated with main ionizable lipid of SM102 and Cationic lipid DODAP. The payload Fluc mRNA (m1Ψ) has all the U bases 100% modified with N1-methyl-pseudoUridine. This LNP formulation showed enhanced delivery of liver tissue in vivo.

The GenLNP-S05-FLuc mRNA (m1Ψ) is a 5 component LNP loaded with Fluc mRNA (m1Ψ) has liver specific targeting effect after systemic administration.  
 
The LNP is formulated with main ionizable lipid of SM102 and DODAP.  
 
The payload Fluc mRNA (m1Ψ) has all the U bases 100% modified with N1-methyl-pseudouridine (m1Ψ). This LNP formulation showed enhanced delivery of liver tissue in vivo.

Applications
1. LNP can be added directly to cells incubated in complete media 
2. Cells grown and transfected in complete media (DMEM +10% FBS) has higher expression than reduced serum medium 
3. For suspension cell lines, we recommend using low fluorescent background media such as Flourobrite® with 10% FBS, 1X GlutaMax® and 1X sodium pyruvate  
4. For adherent cell line, we recommend replace complete media with Opti-mem right before reading the cell eGFP expression 
5. For higher expression, we recommend incubate the LNP with FBS at 1:2 volume ratio (LNP:FBS) for 30 minutes at 37C before transfecting
