| Product Description |
The Strep-tag® II (WSHPQFEK) and Twin-Strep-tag® (WSHPQFEKGGGSGGGSGGSAWSHPQFEK) are widely adopted affinity tags for the purification of recombinant proteins in basic research, diagnostics, and biomanufacturing. GenScript’s StrepCaptureXP Magnetic Beads (Cat. No. L01075) are next-generation affinity magnetic particles engineered for the efficient and high-throughput purification of Strep-tag® II and Twin-Strep-tag® fusion proteins. Functionalized with an innovatively engineered StrepCaptureXP ligand—a genetically optimized streptavidin variant—this product enables high-affinity, high-specificity capture proteins from complex biological lysates, including those derived from mammalian, bacterial, and insect expression systems. |
