Product Description Recombinant Daudi cells stably overexpress human programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) on the surface. The surface expression of PD-1 is validated by FACS analysis.
Culture Properties Suspension.
Stability Stability: Stable through more than 15 passages with no significant changes in assay performance or expression profile.
Size Two vials of frozen cells (>1×106 per vial in 1 mL)
Storage Store cells in liquid nitrogen immediately upon receipt. Thaw and recover cells within one year from the date received.

Culture Conditions
Culture Medium RPMI 1640 Medium, 20% FBS, 0.5 μg/ml Puromycin (Cat. No. A11138-03, Life Technologies), 1% Sodium Pyruvate (Cat. No. 11360-070, Life Technologies)
Complete Growth Medium RPMI 1640 medium, 20% FBS
Freeze Medium-DATA 90% FBS (Cat. No. 10099-141, Life Technologies), 5% RPMI 1640 medium (Cat. No. 22400, Life Technologies), 5% DMSO (Cat. No. D2650, Sigma)
