The surface expression of CD32B 232Ile is validated by FACS analysis. This stable cell line product is designed for measuring binding affinity and stability of Fc region of antibodies and Fc fusion proteins, or antibody based biologics binding with CD32B 232Ile. Product Description Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress human immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II-b (FcγRIIb/CD32B 232Ile) on the surface. The surface expression of CD32B 232Ile is validated by FACS analysis. This stable cell line product is designed for measuring binding affinity and stability of Fc region of antibodies and Fc fusion proteins, or antibody based biologics binding with CD32B 232Ile. GenScript also offers CD32B 232Thr stable cell line (Cat. No. M00600) for FcγRIIb polymorphism study.
Culture Properties Adherent
Stability Stable through more than 15 passages without significant changes in assay performance or expression profile.
Size Two vials of frozen cells (>1×106 per vial in 1 mL)
Storage Store cells in liquid nitrogen immediately upon receipt. Thaw and recover cells within one year from the date received.

Culture Medium Ham’s F-12K (Kaighn’s), 10% FBS, 4 μg/ml Puromycin (Cat. No. A11138-03, Life Technologies)
Complete Growth Medium Ham’s F-12K (Kaighn’s) (Cat. No. 21127-022, Life Technologies), 10% FBS (Cat. No. 10099-141, Life Technologies)
