The GenScript CFXpress™ Cell-free E. coli Protein Synthesis Kit (CFPS) is a ready-to-use platform for rapid, high-yield in vitro protein expression from DNA under the control of a T7 promoter.

The kit consists of three main components:
•Cell Extract
•Protein Synthesis Buffer
•Positive Control Plasmid

By following the provided protocol and combining Cell Extract and Protein Synthesis Buffer with your target templates, protein expression can be achieved within a few hours. The system supports both plasmid and linear DNA templates. Synthesized proteins are compatible with downstream characterization, purification, and functional assays. The system is compatible with high-throughput automation workflows.
