Jurkat cells were analyzed by flow cytometry to evaluate the detection of CD3-binding Strep-tagged proteins using StrepCaptureXP-iFluor647.
Cells were incubated with Strep-tagged UCHT1 (anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody) or Twin Strep-tagged Blinatumomab (CD3/CD19 bispecific antibody), followed by detection with StrepCaptureXP-iFluor647(GenScript, M01236). A no-antibody control (StrepCaptureXP-iFluor647 only) was included to assess background staining.

Human PBMCs were analyzed by flow cytometry.
1. FMO control was used to define background fluorescence.
2. Cells were stained with an APC-conjugated anti-CD45RA antibody.
3. Cells were stained with a Strep-tagged anti-CD45RA antibody, followed by detection with StrepCaptureXP-iFluor647(GenScript, M01236) .
