| Target Background | CA242, known as carbohydrate antigen 242, is a sialyated carbohydrate antigen. It is a cancer-associated glycoprotein expressed in the sera of pancreatic cancer patients. CA242 is a useful biomarker for the diagnosis, prognosis, and surveillance of gastrointestinal malignancies. |
