Binding capacity of Anti-DYKDDDDK G2 Affinity Resin FF (GenScript, L01161) was compared with commercial affinity resins T, SL, and S, as well as GenScript Anti-DYKDDDDK G1 Affinity Resin (GenScript, L00432), using a diverse panel of DYKDDDDK-tagged proteins. Anti-DYKDDDDK G2 Affinity Resin FF exhibited substantially higher binding capacity across all proteins tested compared with the commercial resins.
A DYKDDDDK tagged Fab molecule purified using Anti-DYKDDDDK G2 Affinity Resin FF (GenScript, L01161) was characterized by SDS-PAGE and SEC-HPLC. The purified Fab achieved 95% purity by SDS-PAGE and 98% purity by SEC-HPLC, with an endotoxin level of <0.049 EU/mg.
Anti-DYKDDDDK G2 Affinity Resin FF (GenScript, L01161) was evaluated using DYKDDDDK-tagged proteins with different molecular weights and tag positions. The purified proteins showed purity comparable to those obtained using commercial DYKDDDDK affinity resins and GenScript Anti-DYKDDDDK G1 Affinity Resin (GenScript, L00432).
Anti-DYKDDDDK G2 Affinity Resin FF (GenScript, L01161) demonstrated excellent regeneration performance and operational stability. After 12 reuse cycles, the resin retained 94% regeneration efficiency, outperforming the other commercial DYKDDDDK affinity resins.
Note: The test was performed using a gravity-flow column, and each resin was regenerated according to the respective manufacturer’s recommended protocol. For Anti-DYKDDDDK G2 Affinity Resin FF, 10 CV of 0.01 M NaOH was used for regeneration.
Anti-DYKDDDDK G2 Affinity Resin FF (GenScript, L01161) demonstrated excellent reusability and regeneration stability. When evaluated on an ÄKTA system using 0.01 M NaOH for regeneration at 15 CV, the resin maintained a regeneration efficiency of >80% after 10 reuse cycles.
