GenNature Library Preparation Kit, 96-sample

This Kit is affordable for 96 reactions of DNA library preparation from genomic DNA (gDNA) for subsequent next-generation sequencing (NGS) of Illumina sequencing platform with the reagents provided. It starts fragment and add adapter sequences onto the template DNA with one reaction, and then perform PCR amplification to generate multiplexed paired-end sequencing libraries with dual index. It is optimized for lower to 25 ng input gDNA.
