Target Background The c-Myc tag is a small peptide tag with amino acid sequence of EQKLISEEDL. It is derived from the c-myc gene product that can be added to a protein using recombinant DNA technology. c-Myc Tag Antibody (9E10) is a famous mouse monoclonal clone for the analysis of c-Myc tagged recombinant protein. The 9E10 clone has been cited in more than 9000 publications, widely used in various applications, such as Western Blot (WB), Flow cytometry (FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunofluorescence (IF) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and so on.
