Antibody production is widely needed for biological research nowadays, although difficulties for making an antibody, such as
poor immune response, high background for applications and hard to obtain the antigen always exist. GenScript has developed several novel technologies to overcome the difficulties, allowing us to provide high quality and high throughput antibody production
services. Our animal facility is AAALAC International accredited.
Core Technology
Our proprietary technologies include the followings:
- OptimumAntigenTM design software that
combines the industry's most advanced algorithms with our time-tested expertise on thousands of antibody production experiments, taking into account
all available factors for high-quality antibodies;
- Immuno-modulator that is twice as efficient as Freund's adjuvant, increasing antibody titer at least 10 folds;
- Nanotechnology that processes antigen mixtures down to nanoparticles for maximal immunization efficiency;
- T-MaxTM adjuvant is significantly more potent in
inducing the immune reaction than the standard Freund’s adjuvant, which ensures high specificity and high titer of the produced antibodies;
- Diverse species including rabbit, mouse, rat and goat for polyclonal antibody production and mouse for monoclonal
antibody production.

Antibody Production Facility

1) Service guarantees on antibody production:
- 1. A final product with an ELISA titer of 1:32,000 or better for any host polyclonal antibody project that uses peptide antigens designed, synthesized, and conjugated by GenScript. For
any protein antigen (3 mg, >85% purity, 90% preferred) we guarantee a polyclonal antibody with positive Western blot results and an ELISA titer of 1:32,000 or better for any host. Or we will restart the project free of charge until the guarantee is
met.
- 2. Two ELISA positive clones with any qualified antigen for monoclonal antibody production. For
any protein antigen (at least 2 mg, > 50% purity) we guarantee two positive clones with positive Western blot results, or client pays only $800
set up fee.

2) Large-scale antibody production capability:
- GenScript has delivered more than 5,000 high-quality custom antibodies ( monoclonal or polyclonal
) to our customers worldwide.
- GenScript has an extensive collection of over 500 phospho-specific antibodies covering 13 of the
